Australian-made with rust-resistant aluminium and high-grade 316 stainless steel wires and fittings, our Conical Shade structures can be customised with blinds, heaters and lights, so that outdoor spaces can be used in comfort throughout the year.

Waterproof Canopy Material
We use Serg Ferrari Soltis Proof 502 PVC vinyl for our waterproof canopies, which is an extremely strong yet flexible material that is available in 40 colours, and has a unique satin finish that will give your structure an ultra-modern, high-end look. Soltis Proof 502 is a state-of-the-art material that does not tear or scratch, resists dirt and UV damage, and blocks 100 per cent of UV rays. But to give our customers peace of mind, all of our waterproof canopy materials include a 10-year UV warranty.
Open-Weave Shade Material
Alnet EXTRABLOCKTM is our chosen shade cloth thanks to its strength and stability, as well as its high-performance in UV protection and fire retardation. With UV block of between 95.3 and 97.6 per cent (depending on the colour you choose), this premium material provides the best protection of almost any other shade cloth on the market. Choose from a variety of 15 EXTRABLOCKTM colours.
The Strongest Shade Fabric
Monotec 370 has been specifically developed for ultimate sun protection and longevity. This means your shade structure maintains its usefulness and remains looking great for years longer than those made with other fabrics. Also, as the widest shade cloth available, your Monotec 370 sail or structure is more aesthetically pleasing due to the reduction of unattractive seams.

All of our frames employ the use of marinegrade 316 stainless steel and alloys that comply with the highest Australian standards. Match your Conical Shade Structure by customising the colour of your aluminium frame. We utilise the full Dulux colour range, which is re-enforced with warranty grade advanced durable polyester thermosetting powder, so you can be assured of long-lasting, UV-stabilised surfaces to handle the harsh Australian sun.

Kings patent-pending gutter system is an innovative way to join Conical Shade Structures together to create a neat row or grid.
Our linkable gutter system has been engineered to allow for maximum strength, and a classic, clean look when joining structures together, helping you to make total use of your space. The straight, clean edges remove the traditional curve in the structure’s perimeter, eliminating any drips and gaps in the shade when joining them together. Our large engineered tubular construction has done away with messy wires and flaps of vinyl, allowing for discreet installation of lighting and heater cables, whilst also maintaining our classic, minimal look.
